Maurice Gordon, P.E., is the company’s principal engineer with over 35 years of experience in ship design, construction, repair and operations. He has 25 years of experience in ship operating companies such as Exxon and ARCO. He is also a veteran of Bethlehem Steel Shipbuilding’s Central Technical Division designing ships’ systems. Mr. Gordon is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Maryland, Ohio and California and is a Chartered Engineer in the UK. Maritime Systems Engineering, Inc. is registered, as required by the State of Texas, to provide engineering services.

Maritime Systems Engineering can manage large design projects for ship owners. This can be done either as an Owner’s Representative working with an engineering company of the client’s choosing or by providing engineering services through partnerships with multi-disciplined engineering companies.
